We ship products worldwide through USPS, generally 1-3 day priority mail with insurance up to $100. Expedited overnight shipping is available at checkout if you need your gifts fast.

I have a custom idea, can you do it?

We can! our custom shop service allows you to add any color, idea, or theme you can think of. we offer custom airbrushing and design services for all of our products.

how do I keep my roses clean?

Most of the finishes we use on the roses are eco-friendly and water based. you can use a duster, or a dry, soft towel/rag to wipe down the rose without damage.

My rose has been damaged, can you help me?

Absolutely! just contact us if there’s ever any issue or damage with your rose, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label back to us for repair/reconditioning at no cost to you.
